Shine Light on your Struggles, Bring Peace to your Heart
Challenges and triumphs of everyday life provide ample opportunity for gaining an understanding of oneself. In monthly or bi-monthly 1.5 hour sessions we will explore the heights and depths, expansions and contractions, darkness and light of the soul.
Through conversation, reflection, artistic activity, somatic experience and healing exercise, we will look from the soul's perspective of its journey through this lifetime and gain an understanding of:
How you Relate to Yourself, Others, and Spirit.
How you Meet Obstacles and Achieve Goals.
What the World is asking of YOU in these times.
What Burdens you carry that need Release.
What is Your Life's Purpose?
Anthroposophical Counseling Psychology holds a spiritual outlook to questions of mental health and the counselor/client relationship based on the vast background of Rudolf Steiner’s spiritual scientific research on soul life and soul development; including the interrelationship between cosmological factors and the evolution of humanity incorporating the origin, nature, and destination of the human soul. With heart-centered and body informed practices, we explore together how to hear, understand and respond to one's soul’s longing to meet life’s call and personal destiny. Sue also offers grief counseling, stress management, and coping skills for chronic pain and long-term illness.
Anthroposophical exercises and practices offer opportunities for profound embodied learning about oneself, one's destiny and one's relationship to others and the world. Our work together can transform troubling thoughts, feelings and behaviors into positive and health affirming ways of being in the world.
